Apotex Inc.

Apotex Inc. has been a supporter of the University of Saskatchewan since 1989, funding numerous initiatives across the university.

In 2008, Apotex announced a $1.5 million gift to the College of Pharmacy & Nutrition to support a state-of-the-art pharmacy practice laboratory, which simulates a real-life pharmacy for undergraduate students, research funding for faculty and graduate researchers, and increased graduate student support.

In 2011, Apotex gave $2 million to the university to help build Apotex Centre, the expanded home for student health and counselling services in the Place Riel Student Centre.
